Talent Oxford is Oxfordshire’s biggest and best youth arts project and talent contest. Founded by local performing arts enthusiast and entrepeneur, Lydiah Igweh in memory of her sister who died of diabetes in 2009 at the tender age of 28 years. The contest has ran for two years , now in its third year simply on kind sponsorship from local businesses and private donations from friends of the family. The contest aims to give young people a platform to showcase their talents, bringing Oxfordshire schools together for a collective celebration of youth performing arts.
