TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Your application will only be considered if your appliaction form is signed and dated. If you are under 18, your parents or legal guardian must sign your application form giving parental consent.
- You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules regulations terms and conditions for this competition as determined by the company (the ‘rules’) and that the Rule may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the company and that you will be bound by such rules. The company’s decisions and/or valid passports.
- You must be resident in the UK or republic of Ireland with a valid passport. You will provide the Company with documentation in order to substantiate your age (I.E birth certificate and/or valid passport).
- All your personal details and/or information given in your application either in his form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
- By entering Talent Oxford you agree to being photographed and video recorderd, and agree to L and M Marketing Group Ltd (Official organisers of Talent Oxford and their partners) using these materials promotional purposes.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the rules and/or are in branch of the terms hereof.
- You will not, without the Company’s prior written consent, publicise or discuss with any 3rd party any information relating to the application, the event, your appearance, the production team which may come to your attention.
- You must disclose to the Company details of any/all criminal/civil actions pending against you currently and/or served against you and/or any unsent convictions.
- You must ensure that you have obtained all necessary and proper immunisations for any animals involved in your act and will provide to the company all documentation or do any other acts as may be reasonably necessary for the Company to determine the animal is safe to participate in the programme.
- You must notify the company, in advance if you intend to:
Perform physical or dangerous stunts and you must explain the full nature of the stunt, use any form of equipment required as part of your act. You will be responsible for bringing such equipment (provided it is suitable for the audition location) and are responsible for ensuring that such equipment is safe and/or suitable for its purposes.
